When I began my own journey of being healthy in all aspects of my life (aka research rabbit hole after research rabbit hole), I knew I needed natural, safe, and effective products that I could trust to give me results time and time again. I had dabbled in essential oils with my skin care and with calming down for bed, but I had no idea how powerful and truly life changing essential oils could be. In researching holistic remedies for various things, I kept coming across essential oil recommendations and decided to research those for a bit. So fast forward a ton of hours of research later, and I decided that doTERRA essential oils were the right choice for me.
